I'm using it near my front door as a lamp table and it's a great size and height. It's larger than an accent table but smaller than a console table. The wood is a medium hue and blends well with both the dark and lighter wood of my other LR furniture. It was easy to put together and a great value (trust me, I shopped A LOT of tables).
